Executive chef of Alex's from 2003 until 2007, the owner Bill Cultara brings his great food and inviting personality back home. Featuring a new menu, Delavan's has something for everyone. ABOUT BILL CULTARA

Bill Cultrara joined Alex's staff, as an executive Chef after Alex's owner Ronald Viele asked him to consider closing his place and coming to work for him. He was there from 2003-2007. Then in March of 2008, Bill and his family re-opened.

Bill graduated from Sullivan County Community College with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. He also had an apprenticeship at The Greenbrien Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virgina.

Cultrara is also a European trained Chef, at the  Gstaad Palace Hotel in Switzerland.

The Restaurant's walls feature local artists' works which are for sale to the public. The atmosphere is cozy and romantic with its soft lighting and dark wood paneling, perfect for holiday parties, business luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and showers. For more information call 585-343-9762
